Terms & Conditions | Co-Working Space

  1. FACILITIES & SERVICES
    • Coworking spaces may provide you with access to office space, internet access, printing, scanning, office supplies, photocopying, knowledge resources, and other services as per the HillBorn.Co price list.
    • Users are required to maintain the condition of the office desk and HillBorn.Co facilities. Any damage will result in a fine according to the extent of the damage.
    • Only the microwave may be used.
    • Access cards must be carried, and if lost, a fine of Rp. 100,000 per card will be imposed.
    • We provide an Office Assistant who will help and guide you.
    • We provide mineral water 220ml for meeting room rental needs, which is sold at a price of Rp. 2000,-/Bottle
  2. DEPOSIT
    • Daily rentals do not require a deposit.
    • Weekly rentals require a deposit of 20% of the weekly rental price.
    • Monthly rentals require a deposit of 30% of the monthly rental price.
    • Annual rentals require a deposit of 30% of the annual rental price.
    • Deposits will be refunded after the rental period ends, within 5 working days, if there is no damage or loss to the facilities owned by HillBorn.Co.
  3. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
    • Maintain comfort and orderliness for other users.
    • No smoking or vaping indoors.
    • Use headphones for calls and keep conversations at a reasonable volume.
    • Eating at the office desk is prohibited; a pantry table is provided on the 4th floor.
  4. BENEFIT
    • Users receive a 10% discount on food and beverage purchases from HillBorn Coffee.
    • Free-flow water dispenser.
    • Parking is available for member subscriptions with a minimum monthly or annual rental.
  5. OPERATING HOURS FOR WORKSPACES & MEETING ROOMS
    • Room usage is from 8 AM to 9 PM.
    • If the Workspace & Meeting Room is used outside of the 8 AM to 5 PM timeframe (weekday), an additional charge of Rp. 30.000/hour.
    • Confirmation for meeting room reservations is mandatory at least 1 day (D-1) in advance.
    • For weekend or public holidays, an additional charge of 50% will be applied to the existing price (for meeting room & working space)
    • The Coworking space operates with two shifts and charges a fee of Rp.100.000 per Shift per Day. 
      The First shift runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, and the second shift runs from 1 PM to 8 PM

  1. TERM OF PAYMENT
    • Payment must be made before the rental period begins (advance payment). Full payment is required for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rentals, in accordance with the invoice.
    • Payment for Annual rentals is made on a monthly basis in advance, as specified in the invoice.
    • Payment for Annual rentals is made on a monthly basis in advance, as specified in the invoice.
    • Payment can only be made via bank transfer by Contact Us.
    • Receipts will only be provided for Weekly, Monthly, Annual rentals, and Meeting Room bookings.
    • If there is no confirmation to extend the lease within 5 days before the end of the rental period, the tenant is required to return access cards, parking cards, and any borrowed facilities provided by HillBorn Co-Working.
  2. SAFETY AND SECURITY
    • CCTV Surveillance For the purpose of safeguarding the security of all user to Coworking and their properties in Coworking.
    • Other Members We do not control and are not responsible for the actions of any other members and/or their guests. Should a dispute arise between members and/or their guests, HillBorn.Co shall have no responsibility or obligation to participate, interfere, mediate or indemnify any party whatsoever.
    • In case of any damage to the properties of HillBorn.Co, You are obliged to immediately report this after which HillBorn.Co will repair the damage within a reasonable period.
    • If there is loss or damage (damage caused by the owner of personal belongings/property), it will be the responsibility of the User themselves.
